How to Become a BLS, ACLS, or PALS Instructor with Delaware County CPR
Follow these steps to complete your instructor certification process:
- Complete the Online Course
This will be issued once payment is received - Schedule a Four-Hour Session
This is for paperwork review and preparation. - Purchase Required Materials
- Instructor Manual (BLS, ACLS, or PALS as applicable)
- Instructor Videos
- Attend an Instructor Class
Flexible scheduling options are available for BLS, ACLS, and PALS. - Complete Monitoring for One Class
This is a separate requirement from the four-hour session. You must be observed while teaching one course. - Submit Alignment Paperwork
Agree to follow the American Heart Association (AHA) and Delaware County CPR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
